Returns Policy
Duration:
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food)
- Magazines
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Certain health and personal care items
Partial Refunds:
In some situations, only partial refunds are granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, or similar items
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before the refund is posted.

Sale Items:
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email customerservice@NigerianStore.com and send your item to: P.O Box 715, Kennesaw, GA 30156.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.
Shipping:
To return your item, mail it to: P.O Box 715, Kennesaw, GA 30156. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item, which are non-refundable. If your item is valued at over $20, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
